I learned that if you want to stay socially healthy you have to be nice and talk about things you don't like or something you did wrong that you want to fix. You need to talk with good manners and don't start talking trash because that's another way that social relationships break. Also that the person who was talking to you needs help talk to them and don't be afraid. You also need to talk to friends about things that disturb you. If you and your husband or wife decide to use birth control you have to talk about this new thing before someone does it without mentioning to his or her partner. if your boyfriend or girlfriend forced you to have sex with them tell your parents because they are the only one's that will do something about it. And if you don't have communication with your parents tell someone like your friends or even your teacher and they might help you. 



I could be more socially healthy by talking to others about things that might not be good especially when I feel angry that I just feel like doing stupid things. Also the more social I am the more friends I will have and my parents would understand my feelings when I feel down. It's not always easy to tell someone your emotions or what ever but its another way to let things go. Also I could let them now what problems i have at school or anywere, because if you dont tell someone you are going to be bullied or what they're doing to you more frequently.
