I learned that when you are physically healthy you eat right so that means not eating foods with a lot cholesterol and a lot of sodium. Also by working out regularly so work out a few days a week and rest for the other days  you don't plan on working out and than get a diet on how much you wanna eat but eat a lot of vegetable's all the days and you actually might save some money too. And also don't do  things with your body like putting drugs into it because it will damage your body and your brain. Your brain will not function right in the future, you might start forgetting things that happened a few hours ago or even minutes. Your body might get paralyzed because the brain got damaged and some cells got destroyed. When you plan on having sex you need to go to the doctor's to see if you have any STD's. If you don't go to the doctor's to check if you have a STD you will get by having sex with more than one sex partner.

I could stay physically healthy  by exercising four days and getting the other days off for your muscles to relax so they don't get tired and than have a sore muscle they next couple of days. I also could stay physically healthy by eating vegetables and healthy foods with not a lot sodium or cholesterol so if you do eat cholesterol you need to burn it off the days you exercise. I could play soccer, football, baseball, or dodge ball.
